Our B&B adopts all the necessary measures and precautions due to Covid-19 and any allergies through systematic pcleaning and sanitizing with Ozone before each check-in as well as the use of alcohol-based detergent products in scheduled cleaning, also gel, for the hands, sanitizing will be at your disposal at the entrance of the structure.

Located on the raised ground floor, a stone's throw from the splendid breakfast room , it features a barrel vault made entirely of tuff from which the room takes its name.

It stands out for its splendid arches carved into the tuff structure of the house dating back to 1800, from which the room takes its name.

It is the most spacious of the B&B, located on the third floor, near the splendid panoramic rooftop terrace.
It stands out for its splendid wooden beams , from which the room takes its name.

Breakfast Room
The breakfast room is entirely converted from an old 19th-century stable.
Built entirely of tuff with a load-bearing barrel vault, cool in summer and warm in winter, just as the 17th-century houses in our city were designed.
Breakfast, typically Apulian, is served (in the summer) from 8:30 to 9:30 and includes typical products such as focaccia, braids, amaretti biscuits and strudel, as well as warm croissants, homemade tarts with typical seasonal jams as well as fresh fruit and packaged products such as jams, butter, rusks, yogurt, cereals and various biscuits.
Everything will be accompanied, obviously at your choice, by espresso or American coffee, cappuccino, latte and various tea infusions.
For us, breakfast is absolutely one of the most important moments in the life of a B&B.
In our breakfast room, while you enjoy our rich selection of traditional products, you can ask us for advice on places to visit, how to get there, and where to stop to taste some of our most famous Apulian dishes.
It will be our absolute pleasure to help you visit our beautiful region.
Note:
In the breakfast room you will find a refrigerator with spaces reserved for each room to store your personal food and drinks, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine.
You can also use the breakfast room during the day if you want to use your reserved table to consume your food, have a tea or coffee, you will also find provisions available.
Important Note:
In the winter period or for special needs or at your express request, (for example, if the breakfast time is not to your liking) it could be served at a partner bar through a ticket, however the cost is always included in the reservation .
Panoramic Terrace - Roof
The panoramic terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture as well as sun loungers and deck chairs.
Our terrace is your terrace , and is therefore available to all guests, who are free to visit it at any time.
You can even organize romantic candlelit dinners!
From here you can admire the splendid panoramic view of the historic center of Monopoli, where the bell tower of the superb Romanesque cathedral of the Madonna della Madia stands out, as well as the countless bell towers of the various churches that surround it.
The sea view is also unmissable, with the port of Monopoli as a backdrop.
The latter, full of fleets of local fishing boats ready to set sail for the open sea for their regular daily fishing trips, is sure to attract your attention.
